POSTAGE AND TERMS OF SALE.

Postage is charged at the rate set by the royal mail please follow this link to check;

if purchasing more than one item from us we will combine the postage to save you money.

PAYMENT

Payment is via paypal, please wait for us to send an invoice with postage costs added to the items you order. If you do not have a paypal account then please use the 'contact us' form and we will discuss other payment methods with you.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from us the following terms apply;

Personalised items are non-refundable as they would then be difficult to resell. However items that have not been personalised may be returned if you are not satisfied with the item and they are in the same condition as when posted out to you, a full refund minus postage will be refunded to you in this case.
